Abstract
Hydrogen is a therapeutic medical gas. Studies have shown that hydrogen has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-apoptotic effects, selectively inhibiting cytotoxic oxygen free radicals, and playing a protective role in ischemia-reperfusion injury, inflammatory diseases, metabolic syndrome and various other diseases.
